The end of the year nears and usually this is a time to look back. But let us take a look forward to 2011 and the excitement of the release of new version of Dynamics CRM.

The new year is also an opportunity for new thinking about solutions because the focus on cloud is getting stronger and clearer. I think it is safe to assume that Microsoft has invested a lot into their cloud strategy and solution. This focus has to be taken seriously since it will affect both customers and suppliers.
