Nonprofit Procurement To Payment – Expense Reports

T3 Information Systems (Tate and Tryon Technology) and Tate and Tryon CPA Firm recently conducted the Procurement to Payment Survey with nonprofit organizations.  The goal is to help nonprofit organizations, whether using Microsoft Dynamics GP software or another ERP software, better understand how their current practices compare to similar organizations and where there are opportunities for improvement.

Nonprofits currently implement a variety of practices related to the procurement to payment processes, with varying degrees of efficiency and control.  This is part one of a four blog post series.

Expense Reports
Nearly four out of 10 respondents use an expense reporting software and 33% of them use Concur.  Other expense reporting software used by respondents includes PN3, Solomon Business Portal an QuickBooks.

Procurement-to-Payment

Our next blog post in the series will highlight Vendor Invoices.  T3 Information Systems and Tate and Tryon are nationally recognized for excellence with nonprofits.  We have performed hundreds of Microsoft Dynamics implementations for national and international organizations.

You can download the entire whitepaper and nonprofit survey results from Tate and Tryon, Procurement to Payment Survey Results & Recommended Practices
