Setting > Data management > Add Ready-to-use-business process flow

  • Business process flows can be created for 25 system entities, as well as any custom entity that has the Business Process Flow attribute enabled. Keep in mind that once this attribute is enabled, it cannot be disabled.

  • Before Adding Ready to use Business process flow
    Following Entities will have no business process and Create Form will look like
    Account – No process flow
    Contact  – No process flow
    Campaign  – No process flow
    Marketing List – No process flow
    Case and opportunity entity will already have business process flow activated.
    But newly created Business process flow will override those process and newly created flows will be visible on screen.
    Still you can see those process in switch process of the entity.
    Before Ready to use Process 01
    And Check Business Process Flow count currently in Setting > Process > Business process View

    Also In Setting > Solution, there will be no solution named {BusinessProcess}
  • Now go to setting > Data Management > Add Ready-to-use-business Process
    Popup for confirming Add or cancel.

    Select Add, Note this will take time.
  • After Ready-to-use business process are installed, total 12 process will be installed , one managed solution will include those 12 business process flow and its Entity. 032 on contact entity
    3 on campaign entity
    3 on case entity
    1 on marketing list
    1 on account list
    2 on opportunity

    Above created business process flows are activate, but dependent workflows or action will be deactivate, we have to manually activate those process.

  • Those process can be used to streamline organization task and help to work faster without explaining each user of entity sections and tabs.
