Delay Updating to Chrome v38

If you enjoy using Chrome with Dynamics CRM, you should delay updating to Chrome v38. I experienced some issues myself, and found that there are reports and KBs saying that lookups are not functioning correctly in the latest and greatest from Google. The issue does not seem related to the other Chrome/CRM issues around modal dialogs and customization windows not saving input values.
