Merry Christmas 2017 and Happy New Year 2018

It is that time of year again. The holiday season has arrived and I will be taking some time off from work and blogging until the new year.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish a everyone a Merry Christmas 2017 and a Happy New Year 2018.

The year 2017 has been a massive roller-coaster of a ride for me and my family.

From a work perspective, the highlights have been attending three conferences: ReigniteGP in Johannesburg, South Africa; GP Tech Conference in Fargo, ND, USA; and GPUG Summit in Nashville, TN, USA. Getting to talk in person with the customers and partners in the community is awesome (especially seeing the excitement generated by my products).

On a personal front, many of you would have heard about my 19 year old son being treated for Burkitt’s Lymphoma. Thank you to everyone who provided support and wishes during his treatment. You will be please to know that he was given the “All Clear” at the start of November. This news was a great relief to all of us.
