Config / Data correction using data management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Rarely to be used but if need to update a config / parameter which is allowed to be updated in UI then could use data management to update by disabling validations

e.g. If Tracking dimension group is not active for BATCH and already items and transactions are created then it cannot be changed in UI

Here we can use data entity for the area and on the entity structure disable the validation

Export the data and make changes and import back and see the update
