Basic fixed asset create process.

If you are starting to work with AX then you will note it has a mot of modules that you can make use of. One of these is a fixed asset module which has reasonable good capabilities to manage the financial aspects of fixed assets. It’s not an assets maintenance module it’s designed to track the depreciation about the assets. There are a lot of parameters to control the books to manage the depreciation but to get you started you might want to have a look at a basic process of creating an asset and bringing it onto the system financially.
