2020 is almost wrapped up, and despite how long the year might’ve felt at times, there’s still a lot of hope behind and more ahead. We always believe the glass is half full, whether it be in regard to business and technology innovations or life itself.

When it comes to Microsoft Dynamics 365, of course, we hope to bring you even more valuable tips, insights, and how-tos in 2021.

Each year, we analyze our Google Analytics dashboards to determine our Top 10 Lists based on the number of pageviews each post receives. Content may have been published in 2020 or earlier, but all pageviews considered are from 2020.
