Community Member Profile Picture Community Member

Ledgeview Partners eBookTo encourage continuous User Adoption after your CRM Implementation, it’s crucial you keep up the momentum.

As soon as you lose sight of your CRM project, goals, communication, or connections, you lose User Adoption, so keep moving!

Keep up the momentum. Always be evolving.

Don’t be afraid to start phase two after CRM implementation. Delays in moving on to the next phases of your CRM project can result in lost user adoption.

Breaks are certainly okay, but you don’t them to turn into weeks, months, or even years.

When upgrades or updates happen, make your Users aware and educate them. Keep upgrading and don’t fall behind.

Ongoing engagement and awareness are pertinent for your organizational and CRM Users’ success.

There are a variety of methods you should try to keep up your CRM momentum. We recommend these five:

1. Providing Online Refresher Training and Tips
You can do this a few different ways, but we at Ledgeview recommend hosting internal User webinars to keep your Users up to date.

Be an educator as an Admin or Manager, and be enthusiastic when it comes to information-sharing.

2. Hosting Lunch ‘n Learns
People love food, so while you might think the positive association may help them feel encouraged by CRM, the real purpose of this method is to join Users together to learn about new updates, goals, objectives, top tips, best practices, or whatever else is a top priority for your organization.

Lunch ‘n Learns have many benefits including showing an appreciation of your employees that encourage them to be engaged.

3. Delivering Enhancement Suggestions to Your CRM Users
Constructive feedback from your CRM Admins and Managers creates confident CRM Users.

Always share suggestions and welcome those from your Users. Create an encouraging CRM environment day-to-day.

4. Getting Involved in CRM User Groups or Other CRM Conferences
Meeting like-minded Users and increasing your networks will help you mold your path to CRM success.

Together, you may resolve shared issues or learn something new about your own basic processes and functions.

The possibilities are bountiful when it comes to getting involved in CRM User Groups or other CRM Conferences.

5. Utilizing Online Resources
Subscribe to relevant blogs, attend online live webinars, watch on-demand webinars, download eBooks or white papers, and more!

The Web is full of vast resources for you to utilize. Use content to your advantage.

Encourage your Users to do their own research. Allow them to absorb information from applicable resources they can learn and benefit from.
