Update to OIOUBL in older Dynamics NAV versions

In the February cumulative updates we will include a fix for the OIOUBL documents created by Dynamics NAV 2015 and 2016. We have previously made a fix for newer versions of Dynamics NAV but are now closing this gap for these older versions. The issue is described here in an update from NemHandel (in Danish).
