  • Manual Time Entry: Disabling manual time entry on the Shop Floor client configuration card is recommended for consistency.

Configuring Automatic Time Splitting

  1. Shop Floor Client Configuration Card:

    • Access this card to set up automatic time splitting specific to production orders.
    • Auto-Split Work Center: Specify which work centers are included for time splitting.
    • Auto-Split By: Define the scope of operations for time splitting (e.g., the same work center, specific work centers, or all operations).
    • Auto-Split Lines: Configure how the system selects time card lines for splitting upon clock off. Options include splitting all matching lines or selecting a line and splitting it and all previous lines.

  • Selecting an operation to clock off (or using the configured auto-split lines setting for selection).
  • Scanning the operation barcode or manually clocking off, which triggers the time to be split among the operations as configured.

Note: To stop tracking time on a single operation without affecting others, use the "Single OFF" feature, which clocks off the selected operation while keeping others active.
