APP 10.0.13: Transfer Order Cancellation

What’s New:  

A new feature called Transfer Order Cancellation that has been added as part of APP 10.0.13 release update to allow the users to cancel transfer order shipment records.

Business value:  

This feature allows the user to cancel transfer order shipment records.

Enable feature: Transfer Order Cancellation:

• Navigate to workspaces > Feature management.
• Select feature name ‘Transfer Order Cancellation’ and then, in the details pane, select Enable Now. The feature is turned on.

Transfer order shipment cancellation:

This feature provides the functionality to cancel a transfer order shipment record which has not been canceled before or has not been received yet. To cancel a shipment record please follow the below steps:

• Navigate to Inventory management > Outbound orders > Transfer order.

• On the transfer order form > Action pane > Click on Transfer order history.
• On the order history form select the shipment record and then from the action pane click Cancel, the system pops up a dialog box for confirmation.

• By confirming the cancelation, a new record will be created where candled shipment = Yes.

• After the transfer order shipment is canceled, the system will sell the item from the transit warehouse and purchase the item in the from warehouse and making settlement between them.

• Depends on the transfer order is a financial transfer or no “Financial inventory enabled or shipping items between different sites.”, the financial voucher will be reversed using the same voucher number sequence.
