Step 1: If you do not have dynamics 365 online , Click here to get dynamics 365 online trial-Sign Up Dynamics 365
Step 2: Login to Dynamics 365 and click Apps icon highlighted below .

Step 3. Click on Admin, which will bring you to Admin Center of dynamics 365.

Step 4: In the left hand side panel, Under “Admin Centers” click on “Dynamics 365” which will redirect Dynamics 365 Administration Center.

Step 5: Click on APPLICATIONS tab.

Step 6: Under Application you will find many applications , select “Portal Add On” and then click on “Manage”

Step 7: Provide Name of your portal and URL which you want browse.
Select Dynamics 365 instance , here I have choose “Home” which is my Dynamics CRM instance .

Step 8: Once you select dynamics 365 instance it will load some additional information to fill.
- Select Portal Audience – Here I have chosen Customer Portal
- Select Portal to be deployed – Custom Portal

Step 9: Click on Submit, it will popup you terms and conditions , click on Accept .

Step 10: Your portal request has been submitted. It will take sometime .You can see below screenshot you will have a link “click here” and it will show you the current status of your portal setup.

Ste 11: You will see the blow status of your portal request. Wait for few minutes and after that refresh the page.

Step 12: Refresh after few minutes , once portal is ready you will find URL and browse your portal.Have a look the URL.
