Workflow in D365FO - Workflow notifications setup

Hi,

In this post will provide steps to configure workflow to receive notifications.

Step 1: Go to System administration > Workflow > Workflow parameters. Click on new button to create a new email template and provide the values as under

Email ID: WorkEmail

Email Description: Email notification from Workflow

Sender Name: Workflow originator

Sender email: admin@<orgName>.onMicrosoft.com

General tab:

Default language code: en-us

Priority: Normal

Batch group: <Blank>

Email message content(Click on new button)

Language: en-us

Subject: %subject%

Has body: <Blank>

Email Template

Step 2: Under general group, set the value for workflow notifications to WorkEmail.

This completes the setup required to receive workflow notifications.
