Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client Troubleshooting Wizard

2. In CRM 2011, when an error occurs, you will see a Can't Connect link behind the error as below. Click on this to access the wizard.

3. In CRM 2013, on the configuration error itself, you will see a Troubleshoot link. Click on this to access the wizard.

This wizard is compatible with CRM 2011, CRM 2013, and CRM Online and is maintained when new scenarios arise. When you access the wizard, select On Premise or CRM Online. You will start by selecting the error you are encountering.
