Sharpe Group, a company that serves those who serve society, partnered with Ledgeview Partners to revive their old technology to bring Sharpe Group into the 21st century of CRM efficiency and optimal management.
Sharpe Group is a widely-acclaimed financial services provider that helps ensure the financial longevity of thousands of healthcare, educational, social service and cultural institutions across the United States of America.
Before Sharpe Group made the switch to Microsoft Dynamics 365, they had historically been using a software called GoldMine CRM to help them manage and generate reports and data.
Though GoldMine CRM, according to Jim Ross, Chief Executive Software at Sharpe Group, was popular at the time, it was fizzling out during Sharpe Group’s period of CRM re-evaluation.
As GoldMine CRM was falling away, Sharpe Group considered Salesforce as a potential CRM solution but ended up deciding on Microsoft Dynamics 365 because of its compatibility with QuickBooks and customization abilities.
To implement the solution, they originally partnered with a company local to their territory but found their needs were not being met, so they turned to Ledgeview for help.
“I think what we were most impressed with right away were the questions Ledgeview asked about what our needs were,” says Teri Sullivan, Director of Marketing at Sharpe Group. “They really listened to us and thought about what we were trying to accomplish and what the best way to get there was without being too disruptive, not only to our current system but our team here.”
Ledgeview turned out to be a great cultural and educational fit for Sharpe Group, providing the organization a pivotal turning point on their CRM journey.
Together with Ledgeview, Sharpe Group is increasing user adoption, implementing more efficient day-to-day technical practices, becoming a better (and more collaborative) team, and becoming “dynamic with Dynamics 365.”
