Price Lists play an important part in Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation. They contain the Sales and Cost prices of the different Resource Roles as well as the prices of Transaction Categories and Products. Price Lists may cause some confusion as there is a specific logic about where each type of Price List should be set. Price Lists are visible, for example, under Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Project Contracts, Organizational Units and Parameters. This video blog explains the differences between the different types of Price Lists and how they function under these different entities.
Part 1
- Price Lists and what they contain.
- Organizational Units and Price Lists.
- Parameters and Price Lists.

I hope these videos helps you take more out of PSA and the versatile Price Lists in it.
