How to Get Back Multiple Windows in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

If you want to go back to having the ability to have multiple windows in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, you can still achieve this by utilizing the pop-out feature.

We’ll show you how with this quick and simple guide.

1. Open a record in CRM and locate the little arrow button in the upper right-hand corner of the form.

1. After clicking on it you’ll see that you now have one screen listing your view and the other showing your record form.

1. You can also open a record from within a view into a new window by right-clicking on the record in the list and selecting Open in a New Window.
