Cloud Based CRM and Brand Loyalty

Community Member Profile Picture Community Member

cloud based crmEstablishing brand loyalty among consumers is an increasingly important part of doing business for many different industries today.  With the rise of social and mobile media, people interact with the brands they use on all new levels.

The mobile movement is extremely important as it has made it easier than ever for consumers to interact with and spread the word about their favorite brands.  Recent Forrester research showed that people who access social media through a smartphone are more likely to read, comment, like or share content posted by companies than PC users.

“Time spent on social applications via smartphones is also significant for consumers who engage with brands on their mobile device,” said Forrester. “On average, these consumers spend nearly 25 minutes per day on Facebook, 12 minutes per day on YouTube, and 10 minutes per day on Instagram. Finally, mobile users are more positive about their interactions with brands on social sites — for example by thinking it’s cool to be associated with a brand on social media and viewing a ‘like’ as a way to show support for a company.”

Cloud based CRM can help manage customer relationships and communications to an increasingly interactive client base.  Take for example, Trek Bicycle, a leading producer of bicycles, excessories and gear.  They have avoided big box shops and sell their products through a network of local shops and command fierce loyalty from their customers.

Check out the video below to see how Trek uses Microsoft Dynamics Cloud Based CRM to manage its customer relationships.
