Using their mobile device, field service technicians can report consumed and damaged parts, track returns and transfers and improve delivery accuracy. Using built in validation, customers can receive accurate visibility of serial/lot numbers.

By leveraging the WithoutWire™ real-time communications to Dynamics GP, users are able to remove time and paperwork necessary to enter job results. End of month invoicing can be generated on demand. Cash resources previously tied up in inventory, paperwork and receivables are improved or eliminated.
