Well, it has now been one year since I stepped through the doors in Egham and started my journey with PowerObjects and what a journey it has been! Deciding to leave my previous partner after almost 9 years was a difficult decision to make, but a year later it is a decision I have absolutely no regrets with. Actually, that is a lie. The only regret that I have is that I did not do it sooner!

It has been a whirlwind year, to say the least, and I have joined a fantastic team. Working with a company that has the same core values and growth ambitions makes all the difference.

When I started with PowerObjects, I went in as a senior solution architect but quickly moved into my current role of Architecture Capability Lead. It has allowed me to work and manage a terrific team of functional and technical architects, and I have learned as much from them as they hopefully have from me.
