Perform solutions deployment and testing :- Perform system administration :- configure Microsoft Social Engagement

innovativeaj Profile Picture innovativeaj 175

Microsoft has already discontinued Microsoft Social Engagement and it was supposed to be replaced by Dynamics 365 Marketing Insights earlier, but now that too has been discontinued. So it is still not clear what are we going to have for the replacement of Social Engagement. So let’s prepare what is mentioned in the course outline and wait for Microsoft’s official statement about this.

As for the MB-200 preparation, i found these blogs/videos quite informative:

While trying to configure Microsoft Social Engagement, i was facing the below issue, I could not see any other options in the drop down except NONE:

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-21.png

Reading the blogs above, I came to know that Microsoft Social Engagement is a standalone application and you need to have a subscription to Microsoft Social Engagement in order to connect it with Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is no where available after it was discontinued. So, i couldn’t try it out myself if anyone reading this blog has anything to share that would help please feel free to comment!
