What a waste of money on a touchy feelie Mod.  It ACTUALLY does nothing but make you Feel like you're doing something you have no control over, i.e. the environment.  If you REALLY want to help companies W.R.T the environment, make an AX Module that allows those company to Report directly to the EPA (or your Govt. Equivalent) their compliance in Emissions, Permitting, licensing and remediation! This would be done in XML via existing AIF workflow services.  The US EPA has an (ick, shall I say it, a set of  Open Source XML Schema (XSD) Library) that connects to it's Environmental Information Exchange Network. The HUGE amount of time, man-power, and redundant paper reporting greatly outweighs any benefit you will get out of this dashboard.  Microsoft can give the end user the tools to efficiently do their environmental reporting in a timely and automated manner thus saving $$ for the Company as well as $$ Billions of taxpayer money wading through (literally) TONS of paper a year. Making Environmental compliance more efficient and rules violators easier to catch.... exit soapbox
