Centrilogic acquires IT hosting firm WatServ

Microsoft-focused IT and managed services firm WatServhas been acquired by global solution provider Centrilogic, the companies announced today.

The move will strengthen Centrilogic's application management, cloud, cybersecurity, and strategic advisory services, the company stated.

WatServ was founded in 2006 and was funded in 2015 by Brookfield Business Partners, a public company majority owned by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
