Add Power Virtual Agent to Facebook

 This is one of the exciting addition to Power Virtual Agent. You can expand your lead generation from Facebook Pages by adding Power Virtual Agent to your Facebook page.


Its quite easy to implement on Power Virtual Agent side, the main configuration resides on Facebook side.

  1. Create Facebook Page

  2. Create Facebook Application

  3. Add your Facebook Page to your Facebook Application

  4. Add Messenger Product to your Facebook Application and enable API.


There are so many articles you can follow to create the mentioned steps.


In Power Virtual Agent:

  1. Open your Virtual Agent

  2. Navigate to Settings → Channels

  3. Select Facebook



You need to populate the following:

  1. Facebook App ID
  2. Facebook App Secrete
  3. Page Id
  4. Page Access Token
Once you have added those the system will generate 
  1. Callback Url
  2. Verify token
Make sure to configure your Facebook App Product (Messanger) and update CalbackUrl and Verify token.
