Soccer CRM
Originally Blogged 19th March 2015
So when I stated the idea of blogging one of the topics that I wanted to cover was a football (or any sports) CRM.
So I’m talking everything from scouting players so when the next time the grass is due to be cut on the training pitch.
Now I’m not going to lie my hopes for this to do what I wanted it to do have been dashed with the good old ProZone and Sports Interactive announcement of player databases being used as part of ProScout but that doesn’t thwart the overall concept
The Concept
Sales:
The ability to sell advertising, events, season tickets and any products integrated with the club website (this would mean you could sell tickets and items from stock.
Marketing:
What are products and services without the ability to advertise and market them? Mailing lists, events, invites and marketing conversion rates could all be done – in Dynamics CRM 2015 #CheapPop you can have him emails and auto unsubscribe for customers.
Cases:
What’s a integrated system without the ability to handle complaints!! Case management and escalation procedures all handled effectively.
Service Activity:
The customers can’t come to the game of you have not scheduled the correct staff to be there on a Matchday, don’t worry the service calendar and scheduling rules will have everyone there on time.
AstroTurf:
So you book your AstroTurf out to Joe public? Its all cool is a facility that’s booked out as on the calendar and your customer is already on crm and found out about the pitch because of your wonderful marketing team,
HR:
Well this is my baby really – my HR solution handles everything from recruiting a new car park attendants to sacking a director and everything in between,
Player scouting:
Gather information on players as the scouts use crm mobile while at another game and update you on the players progress, all the information you could want to know are stored on the scouting entity – even to the point that when you sign him you can convert him to a player in your squad (HR and stats)
The players:
You hold contractual information on the player, match stats and anything you want to, this will also tie into the match entity for storing stats from your video analysis sessions ( using Focus X2)
Anyway I’ve given you enough ideas and if I get bored enough during the Xmas holidays I might just create it for the crack
\m/
Until the next pointless blog
