About this Course:
In this course, you will learn best practices and techniques for preforming advanced Field Service implementation.  Using scenario based labs, you will evaluate and decide how to best use wide range of options that are available for Field Service. You will get hands-on experience in setting up and configuring Field Service through the lab exercises and review of the many real-life scenarios.

This training is intended for experienced consultants responsible for designing, building, and implementation of CRM deployments

Prerequisites

  • Individuals must have completed L200 Customer Service training and have the knowledge of the following elements in order to follow this training:
  • Fundamental concepts and components of Customer Service in Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of common CRM use case scenarios
  • Functional knowledge as a CRM user
  • Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service capabilities
