Finding familiarity in #dynamics365
I’ve been very fortunate in my Dynamics career to network with literally thousands of other Dynamics partners, ISVs, end users, and even Microsoft itself. This week, I started a new role with Arbela Technologies. When I signed my contract a few weeks ago, there was what I thought was a small group of people who I knew there. I thought I’d basically be hopping on board with a new team where I was somewhat unfamiliar with outside of the executives and a handful of consultants I have worked with in the past. I looked forward to that challenge but was slightly nervous. Now nearing the end of my first week, I have found what felt like a family. There were so many more people in this terrific organization that I have been lucky enough to work with in the past and am so excited to work with now. Then today, I had a meeting with some colleagues and a client of ours who is just next door to our Irving office. Organically throughout the conversation, there must have been at least 10 people who we all had known, worked with, and had formal relationships with in the Dynamics space that could lead to further collaborations between our teams. As large of a reach the Microsoft and Dynamics teams have, I often still realize how tight knit this community really is. I could not be more enthusiastic for this journey and to work with this great team of people. And I hope to get back to sharing that journey with you all again soon.
