Custom Coloring Dynamics CRM Dashboards

Community Member Profile Picture Community Member

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, CRM Administrators have the ability to color code option lists. This can be very helpful when doing lists for things like case priority and just another way to make your dashboards unique! If you are Dynamics CRM user and want your Dashboard colors updated, be sure to pass this tip along to your CRM Admin.

An example would be prioritizing cases:

High = Red

Normal = Green

Low = Blue

Setting Custom Colors in Dynamics CRM

1. CRM Admin goes to Settings

2. Under Settings to Customizations

3. Option Sets

4. Set color by Option

Custom Color 1

5. Save and Publish
