Sourav Dam - Community Spotlight

I started my career in Dynamics as AX Functional Consultant in 2014 in Levtech Consulting in Bangalore, India. I joined the Support Team and worked with almost 16 clients in ME and India region. Levtech is the company which gave me the opportunity to grow up as a Consultant in the world of Dynamics and to understand and value the clients in all aspects during my 3 years journey with this Company.

Later in 2017, I joined ISYX Technologies in India which was a breakthrough in my journey. I started taking the responsibility to implement the ERP system in ME region, specially in Dubai. It was a great learning scope through a series of challenges which is important to grow up as a Consultant. This is where I first excel my ability to conduct user sessions responsively being in onsite projects.

My journey then followed with Source Edge Software Technologies in India which allowed me to continue in the platform to deliver in the onsite project works in ME region. At that time, I implemented GCC VAT in an onsite project in Saudi Arabia back in 2018.

I joined my present company Global ITS Group in Bahrain and working here since 2018. Being honored to be part of the implementation team and implemented in diversified projects in Financial, Insurance, Banking and Telecommunication & networking industries across Bahrain and other regions in ME.

I have been honored by Microsoft as "Problem Solver Sweepstakes - January 2020 Winner" and nominated for Microsoft Community Contributor (MCC) badge for my service towards this great Community Forum. Recently I was part of the "Community Stars" in community which was a significant milestone in my career too.
