MB2-713 Certification (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales) – Sales Analysis (Word Templates)

This post is the next in my series regarding the MB2-713 certification (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Sales), this time I am going to look at how Word interacts with Dynamics CRM.

As with Excel we can now use Microsoft Word templates with CRM 2016. The simplest way to describe word templates was to show a demonstration, the video below will hopefully help you understand how to create, use and manage word templates.
