    Hi Pam

We have a client that is on GP 2015 RTM and not GP 2015 R2.  They are unable to assign users as self-service users.  They are registered for 51 Self Service users and 1 limited user and would like to use Project time entry.  I have setup the users as limited users, however when more than one of them tries to log into GP they are getting a message that maximum number of users are logged in.

Is there a way to make this work in GP 2015 (RTM).  Upgrading to GP 2015 R2 is not an option at this point.

We just went live with GP2015 14.00.0898. We have a modified version of the pay stub, the web client user is unable to access this modified report, the view button is not available. When I put the unmodified version back in place it works fine...is there something I can do to allow the self service user see the modified version?

Béat, you can go to cards> payroll> employee> additional information and select a gp user id.

    Hi Pam,

I'm getting an error message when trying to access the Employee Self-Service pages in GP 2015 (like Benefits View) : "You have not been assigned an Employee ID. Please contact your System Administrator"... I looked everywhere but can't find any documentation nor hints where to do this ..

SQL licensing is named user for anyone who touches the SQL database in any way or per processor license.

Does each Self Serve user need a SQL Runtime license? Since they are hitting the GP database?
