Troubleshooting Guide

Issue #1:
A customer sees the below “ActiveX” page instead of the GP icon:

Solution #1:
• From IE click Tools  Internet options  Advanced Tab
• Click the “reset” button at the bottom, Click Ok
• Close IE completely
• Log back into myGPcloud up until the point where you saw the error above
• This time you should get a yellow bar at the top prompting you to install a Microsoft component. Click it to install
• You should then see the Dynamics GP icon

Issue #2:
The user sees the below page instead of the GP icon:

Solution #2:
You can tell from the screenshot the user is using Mozilla firefox. myGPcloud isn’t currently compatible with Mozilla. Please use IE.
