How to tell if you have been updated to Polaris

While you can check the version number of your CRM Online organization in Help About that isn’t the only way to find out if your organization has been updated to the “Polaris’/December 2012 UR12 release.

The way we have been checking for our client is to go to System – Administration and then look in the lower right hand corner of the screen. If you see a new listing – Product Updates then the UR 12 code has been applied.

After clicking on the Product Updates you will be taken to a screen that then gives you the opportunity to enable the new forms.
