As part of the existing Implementation Guide, the FastTrack team created a collection of resources to help customer and partners implementing Dynamics 365 solutions. This collection of sample code, components (solutions), and documents has been created to help Customer Service projects with various tasks, like: customization, configuration, and operation of the platform for Customer Service developers and users.

In this session, learn how to extend the out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 Customer Service historical and real-time analytics data model in your Customer Service solution.
