Configuring approval(s) of a workflow to a user group

In this post we will view the steps to configurate workflow for a user group in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Note: Please refer to the post Configuring and activating existing workflow in D365FO to know the details of workflow that was created.
In my previous post, I created a workflow of type Vendor disbursement journal workflow and in this post will provide steps to associate a workflow for a journal.
Step 1: Go to Accounts Payable > Setup > Accounts payable workflows and click on "Automatic payment to vendor".
Step 2: Provide credentials and open the workflow editor. Right click on the "Automatic vendor disbursement journal" component and select properties. Unmark the checkbox "Enable automatic actions" and click on close button.
Step 3: Right click on "Step 1" component and select properties.
On the Basic settings fast tab, provide the details as shown below.
On the Assignments fast tab, Assignment group select participant.
On the Assignments fast tab, on Role based group selected the user group(in my case it is Approver user group) as shown below. Click on close button.
Step 5: Click on save and close button and a prompt appears where we can provide the version comments. Provide comments as "Assigned to user group Approvers" and click on OK button.
Step 6: Select the option "Activate the new version" and click on OK button.
