What is host-to-host communication

AMC have developed Host-to-host connections to a long range of banks, this means we have established a connection from XTendLink to the Banks internal systems.

If your bank is supported it will be possible to eliminate all payment files on your local drive and instead exchange data with the bank through secure data streams. You will also be able to import bank files to your ERP system.
Since your payment data can not be changed from the time its being send to the time its being executed by the bank, you can move the payment approval process straight in your Payment Journal – or in XTendLink.

Please note that some connections require an Enterprise solutions and most connections requires an AMC consultant to set up.
