Company information: Russian localization features of NAV 2017
As you already know, Russian localization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is one of the most complex in the world. As part of this complexity, even the company information has undergone large official localization, as there are numerous legal requirements to have certain information in certain printforms of the documents and statutory reports.
There has been added special new fields to the standard version, in the Russian localization range (12,000 - 14,000). So if you setup a new Russian company, many those company information would need to be filled in obligatory, otherwise you will have - e.g. - incorrect sales documents, given to customers (which in turn would result in unhappy customer). Here is Table 79 list of additional fields, added within Russian localization:
The most important fields you would certainly need are:
- "Full Name": Specifies the full name of the company, including form of ownership
- "VAT Registration No." (which is a standard field): Specifies the company's VAT registration number
- "KPP Code": Specifies the tax code of the region where the company is now registered as tax payer
- "Director Name", "Accountant Name": Specifies the names of the persons who will sign the printforms
- "Bank BIC": specifies the code of the bank that company will put on print forms
- "Region Code", "Street", "House", "Building", "Apartment": for correct printing of the legal address of the company
- "Status": to select if the company is Russian entity, Subsidiary or a Foreign company
Then there are more a bit less important fields, however they are needed I order to submit correct statutory reports and some printforms:
- "Representative Organization": Specifies the organization of the person who can represent the company in official documents
- "Representative First Name": Specifies the first name of the person who can represent the company in official documents
- "Representative Middle Name": Specifies the patronym of the person who can represent the company in official documents
- "Representative Last Name": Specifies the last name of the person who can represent the company in official documents
- "Representative Document": Specifies the documents that the person who can represent the company can submit
- "OGRN Code": Specifies the basic state registration number of the company
- "OKPO Code": Specifies the federation-wide organizational classification of the company
- "OKONX Code": Specifies the federation-wide national economy sector of the company
- "OKOPF Code": Specifies the federation-wide organizational legal form of the company
- "OKFS Code": Specifies the federation-wide ownership classification of the company
- "OKOGU Code": Specifies the OKOGU code of the company
- "OKATO Code": Specifies the OKATO code of the company
- "OKVED Code": Specifies the OKVED code of the company
- "Stat. Acc. Sert. - Series": Specifies the number series of the accounting stage certificate
- "Stat. Acc. Sert. - No.": Specifies the number of the accounting stage certificate
- "Stat. Acc. Sert. - Issue Code": Specifies the issue code of the accounting stage certificate
- "Stat. Acc. Sert. - Issue State": Specifies the issue state of the accounting stage certificate
- "Stat. Acc. Sert. - Issue Date": Specifies the issue date of the accounting stage certificate
