Submitting a journal to a workflow in D365FO

Note: Please refer to the post Configuring and activating existing workflow in D365FO to know the details of workflow that was created.
In my previous post, I created a workflow of type Vendor disbursement journal workflow and in this post will provide steps to update/add comments on a workflow.
Step 1: Go to Accounts Payable > Payments > Vendor payment journal. Create a new journal
Step 2: Click on Lines button and create a new journal line . Validate the journal line to see there are no errors.
Step 3: Close the lines window, select the journal and submit to workflow
Step 4: Provide the version comments and click on submit button,
Step 5: Select the journal and click on button "Workflow history" to view the history
Step 6: Journal will be submitted for workflow and when the approver clicks on button workflow he gets list of workflow stages. In our case, as I am approver I could see the workflow stages.
Step 7: When we click on approve button, workflow gets approved and post button gets enabled. Provided the comments during approval process and clicked on approve button. Post button enabled to proceed further.
