Electronic reporting destination settings not loaded in dialog box when generating a file in Dynamics 365 finance and operations

ReportThis blog I will explain an issue you might face when you are playing with Electronic reporting framework destination settings.
Here I will take an example of "ISO20022 Direct debit" format, in this case normally if we set ER destination settings then it should be inherited at the time of file generation and drop the file in respective locations.
But when I try to generate the payment , The destination settings are not loaded automatically
Root cause:-
You might get this issue only in Development box and its because the format was enabled for to "Run in draft"
But if you go to format and check then I don't see such setting enabled, that's because someone/you might have turned off "Run settings" hence the checkbox disappeared. but format level it was set to "Yes".
How to fix this issue:-
To fix the issue go ER formats and select the format you face issue then click on "Configurations" and "User parameters"
Then enabled following settings "Use destinations for draft status" and "Run settings".
Then if you go back to format then we could see that Run draft check box enabled, just disable the same to fix the issue
Then if you generate the file again then we could see destination settings loaded in the dialog.
