Microsoft partner HSO acquires Canada-based SHEA Solutions

Global Microsoft partner HSO announced it has acquired Canada-based SHEA Solutions.

SHEA specializes in Dynamics 365 solutions for retail and manufacturing including D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, and Project Operations. The company also operates in the UK, Philippines, and India, and all of those offices are part of HSO’s acquisition.

This is HSO’s fourth acquisition in North America since receiving funding from Carlyle in 2019.
