Dynamics Xrm Application Speed Builder V0.2

An update to the original release with some new functionality.

New in v0.2

Added connection to MS Access
Added ability to create relationships between existing and new entities
Scans foreign keys on source database and identifies 1:N relationships
Additional validation to prevent naming collisions

Next Steps:
Add other datasources (MySQL, Oracle, Excel, Etc...)
