Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 to Add Cloud Options, Integration of CRM Online

Microsoft plans to introduce the second revision of NAV 2009 before the end of November, according to Todd Bergeson, a Microsoft product manager.

Speaking to about 150 attendees at the NAV User Group meeting in Orlando, Forum 2010, Bergeson said NAV 2009 R2 “is where we start to bring the Cloud to Dynamics NAV.”

One important outgrowth of the new Cloud capabilities is the ability to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. This is a new option in addition to the CRM functionality already built into NAV 2009.
