Current setup of users is in violation with the license on Microsoft Dynamics NAV Database Server. The current license allows 5 Full users, 0 Limited users, 0 Full Devices, 0 Limited Devices, and 0 ISV Devices.

Problem Statement:
When No. of users added in NAV server is more than current licenses allowed in NAV license then we will receive above message while logging into RTC.


Solution:

Make sure that the No. of users in NAV is less or equal to allowed license count in NAV License.
