Disclaimer: I'm not saying that we get wildlife to attack users of CRM, but I am working on some user interface guidelines for creating experiences in CRM (for my own use). These are just some tips, guidelines and lessons learned, and the gist of it is: Create the experience so that it "rewards" users with less work when they follow the process (with less clicks for example, or prefilled fields), and "punish" when deviating. Not always an option to lock down the system and processes 100%, and sometimes you need to go off the beaten path to complete, but do not underestimate the power of Pavlovian conditioning of your users.
