Microsoft Convergence

Day Two of Microsoft Convergence and as I look at the schedule there are so many sessions to choose from.

How do I choose?

1. I look at who is presenting and if I have heard them before and if they add above and beyond value.
2. I look at the subject matter and weight based on my depth of knowledge and my recent experience with that particular set of features, that industry or that focus.
3. I balance total potential learning versus what I can bring back to the office as new knowledge to tap into.
4. I attend as many sessions as I can even if a certain slot does not jump right out as a perfect fit for what I am trying to do. The knowledge from these "not sure apply" sessions always has proven to be useful.

Lastly I leave a little bit of room for agile changes.

Attending sessions, interacting with my peers and the great hallway conversations add significantly to the total value I might get out of one session over another.
