Dynamics 365 Community AMA (Ask Me Anything) with Welly Lee, Product Manager for Customer Voice

Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is an new enterprise feedback management solution from Microsoft to enable organizations to easily capture customer feedback and integrate the customer insights with relevant business applications. In this session, we will introduce what's new in Customer Voice as part of January service updates and share what's coming as part of 2021 Wave 1 release in April.

Welly is the head of product for Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. He has been with Microsoft for 14 years working on product development for several products including SQL Server, SharePoint and Dynamics 365 Sales Productivity. Prior to Microsoft, he was in professional consulting for 10 years specializing in business process re-engineering and business intelligent system development.
