The holiday season is coming, are your Dynamics 365 environments ready?

The holiday season is a time of preparation that often leads to more questions than answers. Where will the holidays be spent? What will be this year’s viral item? Are our Dynamics 365 environments prepared to capitalize on this peak shopping period from a strategic and technical perspective? If the last question resonates, fear not, FastTrack can help you to prepare for the season through Telemetry Insights!  

What is Telemetry Insights?
Telemetry Insights is a rule-based assessment tool which reviews and analyzes Dynamics 365 environments resulting in an output of recommended mitigations to optimize environment health and performance. Results are generated daily to identify environment trends and suggest current mitigations to action on. When preparing environments for an event, it is recommended to review and evaluate results surfaced through Telemetry Insights three months in advance of the event. This will ensure adequate time to action on the recommended mitigations and ensure optimal environment health and performance during the event.

Who can use Telemetry Insights?
Customers and partners can now easily access Telemetry Insights for all Dynamics 365 environments. Simply sign in to the Implementation Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions to set up telemetry and start gaining valuable environment insights!

Anticipated holiday peak periods:
Black Friday/Cyber Monday: Nov 28 – Dec 03, 2024
Christmas/December Holidays: Dec 23 – 26, 2024
