When facing application issues, first search for solutions using search engines or community forums to determine if it’s a configuration, development, or known bug. Before escalating to Microsoft, check the Power Platform Admin center for any known issues. Log an incident with Microsoft only if the issue isn’t listed.

Click on known issues

Select the product


Also, you can search with the error message, key words.

This will help you find the known issues mostly after platform or any major upgrade in Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
