OK, have some small balances you want written off, including overpayments?
In Sales - Routines look for "Write Off Documents." This will give you the opportunity to selection a maximum write off amount and a range of customers (or documents.)
Click on the Preview list first to see what'll be written off, which also gives you the opportunity to unselect customers if you wish.
When all is selected, click on Process. This will post credits or debits and apply them to the documents being written off.
Now you can sing, "if you Write me off, I'll never stop working, so write me..."
